The effect of mixing Phantom with other UP and UP sibling pigments is fascinating, and it's better shown in photos and video than described in words! This contains a mix of Dragon pigment, which shifts from bronze gold to green, and flashes orange and teal at the extremes of its color range, and Phantom pigment, which shifts from a brilliant blue to violet to purple, and to near invisibility. Phantasmal Dragon is a color shifting shimmer top coat, meant for layering over other polishes.
